Calendar Import Via Spreadsheet

It would be great if there was a feature to bulk import events from a spreadsheet. I imagine the spreadsheet would have to be headered correctly, like each column heading would be titled correctly like

Date
Time
Event Title
Venue

Etc. which would be mapped upon being importing and insertion. Once this addon is to a point where I've deemed future complete for my needs, I intend on paying a developer a large sum of money to do this for me as I see no other viable means for adding a large quantity of past events other than adding manually, which would take a very long time.
