Calendar Imported bbcode is not converted

bbcode in vb is different than xf. For example NOPARSE in vb is PLAIN in xf.
bbcode options in vb are without quotes, while xf has quotes.
etc.

This should be converted.

AFAIK, XF doesn't convert bbcode for vBulletin on import hence why mine doesn't either. I'll look in to it.

It can be done with a few replacement queries.
