Issue getting the TS connection to sync

I am having problems getting Xenforo and TS3 Sync to properly communicate. it fails on both query / file transfer ports and it shouldn't be failing as all firewalls are disabled.

Where is your TeamSpeak server hosted?

My TS Server is on a Digital Ocean VPS, while Xenforo on GoDaddy with PHP v5.6

You need to ensure the ports are open on your GoDaddy VPS and on your DigitalOcean server. The error indicates a connection attempt failed.

We are using GoDaddy Website Hosting, not VPS. Is this an issue?

iirc GoDaddy blocks ports on their shared hosting environment.
