In Server error log seeing errors like (replaced personal identifiable information with "..."):

I get the following system message:

Did I miss something?
 
I have the problem that the replies (messages) from guests are not shown to me in the ticket. I can write some as a guest, but they are not visible. In the database I can find the entries. Do I need to assign any specific rights to the guest first?

Everything works for logged in users.

I have just tested it: When a guest writes, it saves it in the xf_nf_tickets_message table as user_id = 0. These are not displayed to me. If I manually change the UserId they are shown to me in the front-end
