Tickets Manually run escalations

Hello there,

which cron do I have to run to manually trigger escalations? I took a look at the source code, but the "Escalations" cron is just an empty placeholder method and I couldn't see any other registration of a cron corresponding to the task.

There isn't a way to manually run them at the moment and they don't really work as expected in general.

It's on my list to rework them and I've got some initial code that does this but it won't be ready until after XF 2.3 is out.
