Tickets Fixed Moderated thread converted to moderated ticket: stuck now

I converted a moderated thread to a ticket. Now the ticket is moderated and there is no way to approve it. Either there should be a function for it (which would be useless for any other purpose) or moderated content should become approved once it is a ticket.

I dont care either way as its a exotic bug. I just changed the state in the DB.

Thanks, this is fixed now and the add-on just forces content to become visible when converted to ticket as I feel this makes most sense.
