Calendar Option to hide link to calendar (eventCalendarTop)

eventCalendarTop makes perfect sense when the reader has access to multiple calendars. When the reader does not its quite pointless to display, because then its basically a link to all events. Which the user is already looking at.

Please add a setting to to display/hide eventCalendarTop.
