Tickets Implemented Reply to unregistered

Testing this out. I enabled posting tickets for unregistered. It sort of works however replying to tickets I would expect to generate an email to the originator yet nothing really happens. Would be good to have this functionality.

Sorry, missed this.

The add-on does send emails to guests. If you're not seeing that, please open a ticket with some more details and I can take a look.
