Applications RMS integration: Applications on RMS item

In RMS we can list companies. These companies can claim their listing.
We want guests and members to be able to contact these companies. Similar to how a support ticket is opened.
It could work like this:

Define a email field in RMS.
  • On RMS item add a 'contact this company' button. (if the item can be claimed)
  • If a guest or member clicks this they will open a ticket in Applications.
  • The company will then receive an email notification that a message from a potential customer is waiting for them. Admin defines the email message.
  • If the company rep has claimed the item, then the item owner will see the messages in a tab on RMS.
  • They can reply to the messages from there and mark the message as resolved, etc.
There should be a way for staff to see Applications without going to the RMS item.
