Tickets Fixed Selective quoting does not work

Selective quoting works fine in forum, but not in tickets.

I know. I'll be adding this as part of the subsequent update but that'll incorporate some underlying changes to the HTML (for some other stuff) so rather just tackle it all at once.

Not yet. I’m hoping to knock this one out with an update in a few days since those html changes I mentioned are extensive.
