Calendar Signing up for a recurring events

When you rsvp for a an event that is set to recur each week it automatically signs you up for eternity. Shouldn't be that way imo

This isn't a bug and is more of a suggestion really. The add-on does not currently keep track of individual recurrences in a way that would allow RSVPing to specific occurrences of an event so this is expected behaviour.

Is this something that can be added in the future? It's kinda of a lot of work to keep cloning each event several times a week.

If it's not possible can we at least fully 100% clone the event including the same time of the day as that needs to be adjusted each time as well
