Tickets Ticket Number Change to Code

I would really like to see the ticket number (#123) change from an ongoing number sequence to a "code" number/letter combination to cover up the information how many tickets have been send in.

So it would be like this format:
#3MAUP7NK

Ticket Search should then reflect this as well of course.

I can see why this would be useful in some cases. I would actually use this on one install but not on another.
Please make it optional.

It used to be like this, IIRC the value is still stored in the database. I’ll expose it as an option but I wasn’t keen on it so replaced it with numbers.
