Tickets Fixed "Tickets" Count in Mod Bar not correct

Seems like if there are deleted tickets, it still shows the TOTAL of all tickets that are "OPEN". It should not count any deleted tickets no matter if open or not. OR it could automatically "close" tickets if they are (soft-)deleted... ?

This should be resolved. Doesn't include deleted tickets in the total now, you should already have this change in your build though.
