Tickets Fixed Tickets displays in moderator bar even if there are 0 tickets

Just like anything in the moderator bar, tickets should only show up there if there are new tickets. This is default XF behavior. I thought that this was how it worked before.

Hides ok now? I was pretty sure I put this in.

Yes, it hides ok. Aftr the latest build the tickets moderator bar modification required reverting. And that fixed it. it hides perfectly now. Thanks.
