Tickets Not a Bug Tickets for Guests are not displayed as "Open"!

v1.6.2: I had a guest Ticket that was created on Wednesday and I totally missed it because it did go directly into "Pending" state. That combined with no indication of unviewed posts resulted into the ticket being unanswered since Wednesday.

Please fix this asap. And include an "unviewed posts" count bubble.

It seems to have to do with the Escalations... I will test it some more.

It was an escalation problem. Failed to select one parameter on the person who last replied.
