I am running Xons version of [RainDD] User Activity (Users Viewed, Viewing Thread)

This displays which members are viewing the page.
For Tickets its important to display which members are viewing the page to avoid multiple staff members replying simultaneously. Otherwise you get multiple replies to the same message which may not be in line with eachother.
This could be resolved by adding a new feature to tickets, but its much easier to make this existing addon work on Tickets. I suspect its just a page property missing that it needs to render.
