Calendar Watch an Event

Please add the option to 'Watch' an event, similiar to watching a thread/resource.

• 'Watch Event' next to 'Event Tools' drop-down
• Sub-navigation for 'Watched Events'
• Notifications for Watched Events

If an Event is Watched, and associated with a discussion thread, should the thread also be automatically watched? Thoughts?
