Tickets A way to edit the Guest Ticket Starter's EMail Address

I have members that

1. do not log in but create a ticket with their email address and then...
2. ...MISSPELL THEIR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS.... so I get bouncing eMails and I can not answer them via the ticket system anymore...

Please....... implement a way to edit the starter eMail by the moderators...

Let me add, in this scenario above it is most likely that the ticket starter has not received his "Ticket Password" Email... So a "resend ticket password" option in the "Ticket Tools" menu would be a logical consequence (it would help in other scenarios too).

You must be the luckiest man on earth. Running a big board is not good for your perspective on humanity. Surely we are not conscious intelligent beings. I get posts every day asking how to post. Half the support tickets are answered with the remark 'what does the notice at the top of your screen say? '. Or the good ol 'how do I change my account name because I didnt read the bold red warning text when I signed up'. I never knew there were so many benefits to running software that is hard to use for mobile users (vbulletin)
