Looks like the Birthday Style Properties in "Style Properties" are ignored and only the default blueish color theme is used.

It's a bit wonky because of some FullCalendar design decisions. It works for calendars because we have the calendar's colours already but for birthdays, we don't have the colours available and it gets a bit fiddly trying to pull the colours from a style's style properties on the fly.
I've put a band-aid on in the next version and you can make it work with .event-birthday and some !important rules. It's not ideal though so I'll revisit it when I update FullCalendar itself.
