Tickets Fixed 1.4.8 Missing Things in Ticket Notification Email

This is still missing, when Ticket Email Alert is send out to the ticket starter:

NAME
AVATAR


Text looks like this:
, thank you for contacting our support team. A support ticket has now been opened for your request. You will be notified when a response is made by email. The details of your ticket are shown below.

The User name variable is not rendered before the comma.
The Avatar is the default avatar, although the user is in the database.

Can you change the
Ticket ID:
Subject:
Password:

from "font-weight: bold" (css) to a <b> or <strong> html tag? Therefore I have influence on the font-family. Otherwise it makes my custom font to "bold" artificially, why brings ugly results when you use different font-families.
