A few questions for the Birthdays sidebar blocks (Today's and Upcoming) please;

1. Do the sidebar blocks only show/include recently active users? What's the time period on recently active? Is it defined within ACP?
2. What's the inclusion criteria for Upcoming Birthdays? Only the next 12 after today? If there's more than 12 tomorrow, what criteria applies for picking which ones appear?
3. If the Today's Birthdays block is full, eg. > 12 members with birthdays today, what criteria applies for picking which ones appear?
