Calendar Create New Event - more button locations

We can only add New Events from the Calendar homepage.

Please add 'Create New Event' buttons to both;

• the Calendar(s) page, eg. /calendar/calendar/example.1/
• the forum a Calendar is associated too, eg. /forums/example.1/
