If you set a custom Field to a category and edit that ticket category the custom Field Applicable categories will be reset example.
If you set a custom Field to a category and edit that ticket category the custom Field Applicable categories will be reset example.
- Create a ticket category example help
- Create a ticket custom Field and set Applicable categories to help ticket category
- Go to ticket categories and edit the help category you created before
- Click save and you will notice that the custom Field you created is no longer accessible because it resets Applicable categories back to "None"
