Calendar Custom Fields Disappeared after 1.0.10

Custom fields are no longer visible on event pages. When I edit an event and save they appear again. Rebuilding events does not help.
 
I can't reproduce this and there haven't been any changes to custom fields in the last couple of versions.

What field settings are you using?
 
I have 3 fields:
website (URL)
facebook (URL)
Type (checkbox)

All users can view.
Applicable to one calendar.
Changing display location has no effect.
 
We have a lot of events that occur every year at a different date. Currently there is no list of old events to find these and when we do the link to the website/facebook of the event is also not accessible. This makes it very hard for us to re-add such events. I hope this gets fixed soon.
 
Please add the sidebar widget and activate 'show fields'. For me no fields display.
On the event list, the location field is displayed. However, the checkbox field is not displayed. Yet 'Display on Calendar Views' is active.

Please add a few calendar fields including a checkbox to the demo here. And set it to Display on Calendar Views.
