Tickets Fixed Duplicate Tickets created

I have put Tickets live on my site yesterday. All tickets that my members created are created several times. (2 or 3 times) The creation time is exactly the same.

Can you reproduce this (here or on your site)?

No, but my members are regularly reproducing it and this error may well be related:
Tickets - The server responded with an error. The error message is in the JavaScript console.

This may be a case of the member encountering the error, then hitting back and resubmitting.

*My apologies! It was not intentional to open five identical tickets! While I was trying to submit the form, a javascript console error message popped up and I decided to resend the form a couple times to see if it would eventually go through, to find out I've posted five! My apologies for it was not intentional to create such a commotion over this, you may kindly disregard the other tickets and attend to one instead.
