This is also a top feature. For those who are not in the forum frequently an invite function for the event creator should be included. Invite specific user groups as checkmark selection and a feature to opt in opt out to receive emails for the users

Perhaps also an ACP option for email invites to be automatically sent to any invited user that hasn't visited the site within the last x days?
