Tickets Inline Moderation in Ticket Queue

Add inline moderation in the ticket queues to be able to delete or change or reassign multiple tickets at once.

I started on this for 1.4.7 but took it out in the interest of time.

It's planned and it's coming pretty soon (next version or the one after).

Excellent. Useful functions would be

• delete
• lock/unlock
• reassign
• status update
• move to different category

Especially for merging multiple tickets.

We often get users that open up a slurry of tickets, which need to be merged into one ticket through inline tools.

This has been implemented in the next release for both the queue and individual ticket messages.
