Tickets Fixed 'Member has opened a new ticket' while they never did.

If I open a ticket for a user then the newfeed will say:
MemberX has opened a new ticket.

But they didn't. It should say:
Alfa opened a ticket for MemberX

So I assume that the email the member receives has the same text. This will be very confusing to the member, because if the email states that the user opened a ticket while they did not then it looks like spam and is likely to be marked as spam. Hence we risk blacklisting and potentially breaking laws.

Could you look into this?
