Cant move people to another roster you get an error

Cant access the time in grade

Cant organize users by ranking they get put to a roster at the time they joined. No real way to organize the page.

Change the display orders of positions to configure your hierarchy.

ive seen alot of clans able to access this function

its like a secondary Time in service. We've check the code there is a $time_in_grade
