Tickets Fixed Notice with page criteria "Page is within ticket categories" does not show

I created a block notice to only be shown in a certain category:


However, the notice is not displayed in the category - it is only displayed when creating a ticket. It should also be shown in the category that is selected.

What page are you expecting the notice to appear on specifically?

Oh, I was mistaken - sorry. Was looking in the ticket queue and not a specific category. Was a bit early Sorry for the inconvenience.
