Tickets "Recent Activity" feed

Shouldn't the Ticket replies and likes etc be part of the "Recent Activity" feed (viewing permission based of course)?

Yes, it should.
If for some reason alerts fail, then we have no way of knowing there is a ticket we need to reply to. (escalations have not worked so far)
Having it in recent activity would allow us to reply to it quicker.
