I am trying to find a ticket by search but I am not able to get only results from tickets. There are hundreds of results from other content types. Therefore I cant find it.
Please add a tickbox (which is activated by default) to the search drop down to 'Search Tickets only'
I think that this function is essential to have. Without it its very hard or maybe impossible to find some tickets.
