Calendar Sell Event Tickets through Ticketmaster

The Ticketmaster Developer Portal
Please add a function that displays 'buy ticket' and makes use of the Ticketmaster API.
This will allow us to gain affiliate revenue through ticket sales.

As Google is giving microdata warnings about the missing 'offer' schema, please add this microdata when this is implemented.
