Often members want to schedule a chat meetup to avoid members missing each other.
To do so it would be useful if members could schedule a chat meetup from the chat page.
The functionality should be quite simple: it needs a button on the chat page: 'Schedule Chat Event' which links to /calendar/add
Allow us to set the target calendar. Thats all.
