Discord Implemented Sync Discord avatar to XF profile

I was searching around and I believe this feature does not exist.

As I honestly believe Discord will be the main flow of traffic for people joining my community, I was thinking it would be a nice suggestion if we could have an option where all users that connect to Discord get their Discord avatar automatically synced to their XF profile, seeing as it is most likely they will have one already than wanting to add another one for XF.

2.7.0 does this now for users who associate their account for the first time and don't have an existing avatar.
