Tickets Not a Bug Ticket counts in categories are counted even without access

Yeah, I think this is just going to go down as being expected behaviour. The counter is stored with each category and it'll add expensive overhead if tickets need to be recounted every page load to take in to account for viewing permissions, etc.

I have thought about actually just removing the front-end counter for reasons like this and to avoid the confusion so maybe I'll do that at some point.

Yeah, I think that'd be a sensible thing to do :) not much benefit in having those tickets count there.
