What happens if I reply to a ticket that was sent in by a guest? Does he receive an eMail?
You may potentially be running in to the same thing Alfa was getting. I've sent you a build with permissions refactored so try against that and let me know how it goes. Sorted it for him so I suspect it'll sort it for you too.Uh oh... I tried it myself with test ticket creation but after it was successfully created it refreshed the page to the
"ERROR – You must be logged in to do that." page....
Is there no "Thank you for submitting the ticket" page?
Wait, how are you trying to login? Are you logging in via this prompt that is displayed when you're viewing a ticket as a guest or are you using the XF login form?Does this also cover Password issues?
Because I now tried to login with the Password that Tickets has send to my Guest/Unregistered test account and when I try to login I get this:
ERROR
Incorrect password. Please try again.
What do your permissions look like for unregistered users?I click on the View Ticket button in the eMail and then I get forwarded to the regular Login Form...
(I dont see the form you posted as screenshot above)
Is this category possibly private and you've not explicitly granted permissions for guests?
Oh derp. Thought you were having the issues on RC5 so was a bit dumbfounded.@NixFifty I updated to RC5 now and it seeeeeems to work now... I guess the other permission issues also were the reason for this... I got to the secret login page...
Does this also cover Password issues?
No worries, bit tired so I just about realised you were seeing the XF login form rather than the ticket login form.I am sorry, I should have mentioned the version. But that was why I asked this:
