Tickets Tickets with attachments fail to import (then get deleted!)

As title.

If a ticket is attempted to be opened via the POP importer - an error will be raised in the XF backend, but also the email in question will be deleted! So no way to know who it was from or what it was :(

I'd say fixing this is pretty urgent!
 
Yeah, that's a bit unexpected.

Note that while the email is currently deleted, the raw contents of it along with any diagnostic information can be found in the xf_nf_tickets_ticket_email_log table. It's not currently exposed in the UI so you'll need to browse through that with your SQL tool of choice.
