My users do not have permission to "View tickets by others". They do, however, have those permissions assigned to them in each individual category. Now when clicking on the "Tickets" link they're redirected to "My Tickets" with no way to navigate to their relevant category (they don't see the category chooser).
My staff has to navigate through one of their own tickets that they have created back in the day to click on the category there.
