Tickets Not a Bug Users with no permission to view others tickets, except for single categories, have no way to navigate to that category

My users do not have permission to "View tickets by others". They do, however, have those permissions assigned to them in each individual category. Now when clicking on the "Tickets" link they're redirected to "My Tickets" with no way to navigate to their relevant category (they don't see the category chooser).

My staff has to navigate through one of their own tickets that they have created back in the day to click on the category there.

I'll have to think of a sane workaround for this but for the time being (and also out of curiosity), why aren't you granting user groups the ticket queue permission and then individually assigning permissions to users for categories?

Haven't thought of that. I'm gonna give it a try and report back.
