User Onboarding Cannot Reproduce Widget not showing up!

Hi,

The widget of "User Onboarding" is not showing up.

Just to confirm that I did every sitting correctly:

• I have added tasks, Added "User has enabled two-factor authentication for their account" which is not enabled on my profile.
• Widget is listed

Is there permission for usergroups? No!

Also, I have tested other tasks which are not achieved on my account, also test from another regular member account, the widget is not showing up.

I just realise that there is a tab in profile settings


So it is working but the widget it not show up.

Hi,

I have created a new user for testing purposes, the widget shows up, but why do tasks on my old test users show done tasks but the task is not actually done, for example, "two-factor authentication" is not active in my account! but it shows done

I haven't been able to reproduce this. Are you still encountering it?
