Discord $xf.app.connectedAccountCount -> false, but Discord is enabled

It seems that the template condition <xf:if is="$xf.app.connectedAccountCount"> is false, if there are no other providers and Discord is not activated for registration/login.

Result: Link to "Connected Accounts" is missing in user menu. :-/

To be clear, you're wanting to disable Discord registration and login but allow association of the account anyway?
