I know this is still beta, but I thought I would report it regardless, as it may have been overlooked.
Styling the ticket addon is not really possible due to its structure. My website uses a width of 100% due to the way pages are set up. This means that for forum activity, there must be a <div> in place to give it its max width.
Doing this to the ticket template does not work. For example, the template "nf_tickets_list_queue". I can wrap the content within a div to center it and give it a max width of 1200px, however the sidebar sticks all the way to the left, because it is outside of that templates system. The same goes for all of the other templates.
Perhaps all of your ticket templates can be included in a wrapper which can be set?
