Applications Yes / No Field Type

There is no Yes/No field type. I mean that its not possible to display YES and NO buttons. You can only display 3 radio buttons:

• no selection
• yes
• no

This sort of works but is not a pretty solution. Especially if there are many such questions. Then it looks very messy and confusing to the user.
