Tickets Fixed Last Message Sorting Filter in Ticket Queue does not work

No matter if I sort "Last message Date" Ascending or Descending, it is messed up.

I replied to a ticket a few minutes ago and then I sorted to the last message date and my reply is at the 10th place or so, no matter if Desc or Asc.

Last message Sorting should be absolutely absoluteeeely be ABSOLUTE... and not relative considering any of the priorities or statuses or assignments... when I want to sort the whole queue to see what is the very last reply then it should show the very last reply on top if DESC and at the bottom of the page (or better: at the end of all pages) if ASC... now it is still mixed all together and messed up...
 
I guess it still sorts depending on what the status, assignee or priority is... but it should ignore that and only sort per date....

1.5.9 Still not Working... I am not thinking we have come to the CORE of the problem yet... ;)

The below screenshot shows that the OLDER "Last Message" entries are in the correct sorting order. But then the fresh entries from the last few minutes are but underneath that... hmmmm...

Maybe it is the time format that makes problems?
