Tickets Last Read Time

It would be useful to see when the member has last read/visited the ticket.
This would allow us to see if the member is visiting the ticket at all.
Currently a lot of tickets go unanswered, because members try to reply through email. Or have email notifications turned off and dont know there is a reply.

It would also be nice if each message would get a green checkmark if its read. Similar to how it works in IM programs.

I can't remember exactly which version it was added but there's info about this in the "Ticket Info" sidebar that shows when the ticket starter last read the ticket (i.e. before or after the last message).

I do agree some UI indication on individual messages would be a nice touch though.
