Tickets Fixed "Moderation Actions" not fully defined

It seems that there a re some things not defined in their full extend to make this really useful. One thing is that the variable did not render {user} and the other thing is that it does only say what was modified but not into what (like the XF core forum moderation does).



So it would be helpful if it says:

• Ticket status edited from "Open" to "Resolved"
• Ticket priority edited from "-" to "High"

Thanks, I've added he missing message.

To be clear though, the moderation actions display exactly as XF core does in that they show what action happened and what the old value was.
