Tickets Response variables fail

    When you add a ticket for a user and then insert a predefined response, then the replacement variables fail.

    Things like (name} {staffname} etc are not replaced, which makes the response pointless.

    Thanks, missed that. I'll look in to a nice way to handle this since {name} wouldn't be set whilst creating the ticket, as it would when typing a message. Some JavaScript to pull the name (and other details like custom fields, etc) might be nice.
