Perhaps make it possible to:
- Allow the removal of a user's ability to set a ticket title per category and instead be able to use variables such as another field, the user's user ID, and/or username (similar to addons like Snog’s Advanced Applications Forms).
- Provide the ability to customize errors for custom fields.
