We need staff to be able to discuss a ticket in a discussion thread, without the user seeing it.
Please make it so that all staff comments are separated in a thread. Similar to how the Thread Notes addon works.
Add a 'staff discussion' tab at the top of the ticket. Clicking that would show the staff thread. Host the thread in a staff forum node.
This way it will be possible for staff to have a logical discussion amongst staff members.
